Dale House School
Dale House is a small independent school in Batley, West Yorkshire. The school was established in 1999 and now has around 90 pupils aged between 2-11.
The Problems:
Even though the pupils are relatively young, the school wished to offer them a comprehensive education in IT skills. This required an IT system solution which needed technical skills beyond the school management’s capabilities.
The Solution
DIS developed a system that met the schools needs, in a cost effective manner that did not require an in-house IT manager and the cost implication that would have incurred. As IT becomes an increasingly important part of the school curriculum, the system development and design can meet the children’s’ needs and the expectations of parents.
The Outcome:
The school now has an IT system that is reliable and secure. DIS supply technical support to the staff, access to the latest developments in IT (and expert recommendations on them), quick diagnosis and solutions to problems with good internet access for research and project work.
