| Network Access ControlThere are a number of ways in which you can control access to you network. The simplest of these is to require all users supply a username and password when accessing the network. These usernames and passwords can easily be compromised allowing attackers to gain unauthorised access to your network. In order to combat this DIS can provide Network Access Control (NAC) solutions combined with 802.1x authentication to ensure only authorised users have access to the network. By using the Authentication, Authorisation and Accounting framework we can provide a solution that not only allows access to the network using a three factor authentication process (Username, Password and one other identifier) but will then apply authorisation rules to this access.
